Legislation has changed again

BS5306 Now recommends that every commercial premis no matter how small should have a minimum or 2 extinguishers of 13a rating as well as sufficient cover for electrical risks.

BS5306 now recommends that you install a Wet Chemical extinguisher and remove and powder extinguishers from the kitchen.

Fire Alarm Maintenance and Servicing:
BS5839 now requires us as a competent company to advise you on any nonconformities. Our paperwork for fire alarms has changed and we have a recommendations box on our service agreements sheets that will be left with you on completion of the service. It is the up to you as the responsible person to act on these recommendations with our help.
